Angelos™ Healing

During a healing session you are taken by Helen to the dimension and vibration where Angelos™ Energy resides and that is where you experience your healing. In this vibrational place healing is instant, profound and remains with you. In this place all the things identified as needing healing are released and corrected. Angelos™ Energy comes from the God Energy. It is available for all to use, but you do need to be connected with it to be capable of calling upon it.

As challenges and layers of your physical, emotional or mental issues come forward for healing, you may use the following technique for self healing.  We always have something to correct because we are so multi faceted. The human subconscious will always bring us something to work on and heal so that we keep growing as individuals. Therefore, follow the steps bellow in order to give yourself healings when in need. Please remember that it may take 24 to 72 hours for the healing energy to integrate into your whole body and being.

Step 1:

Allow yourself to relax and identify what is happening for you at this moment: this can include physical issues such as aches or discomfort in certain body parts, and emotions that keep resurfacing, or beliefs that you are aware of but do not know how to shift etc. After you have identified these, then say the following:
  “I call upon Angelos Energy to correct me physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually on all levels across all dimensions of time, through my morphogenetic field”. Allow some time for this. Some people will feel this happening very clearly, others may feel nothing at all - that is ok. Most people generally feel a tingling in their feet as it happens.

Step 2:

This time ask that Angelos™ Energy go into your Heart Centre and do what healing it needs to do. “Angelos Energy please go forward into my Heart Centre and release and balance what needs to be healed”. Remember it knows what it needs to do. It is an intelligent energy. All that you need to do is to have identified your issues in Step 1 as this will set up the pathways for the energy to successfully travel. Again wait for a few minutes until this is complete.

Step 3:

Now ask that Angelos™ Energy come through the 7th Auric Field and complete the healing. “I call forward Angelos Energy and ask that it infuse through my 7th Auric Field to complete my healing on every level and release my original issues on every pathway and on every dimension”.

Step 4:

Imagine Golden Light around you and ask that you are “Sealed and Protected”. Imagine a spinning brown disk under your feet and give it a little imaginary flick to get it spinning. This is to ground you.

Step 5:

Ask that your life energy be corrected to be at maximum – 82.6mhz. “I ask Angelos Energy to correct my life energy by bringing it back to maximum. I lock all of these corrections in today. Thank you Angelos Energy for this healing”.

YOUR SELF HEALING IS COMPLETE.

You can do this as many times as you like as new issues arise in you. This is a very effective technique so it will always work – you will succeed at this because the energy knows what to do. Believe in yourself – you are capable of this and more!

Energetic Protection Techniques

One of the things I see all too often in my clients (and myself) is that their energy is often drained from other people and situations, which has the effect of bringing their vibration down instantly. It does not matter how high our vibration is, we are all vulnerable to being “brought down” by negative situations, events or people.  We ourselves have probably been “negative” at some time or other and brought those around us down also. How we think or feel about a certain person or event can also bring our vibration down instantly. Use the following techniques to keep your energy clear, strong and bright – less vulnerable from losing your good strong energy or gaining external energy which is not good for you. This in turn keeps you in control and in charge of your own energy.

1) Imagine a beautiful white light washing through you as many times as possible, cleansing away any energies that are not your own.

2) Allow a beautiful golden light to wash through you and spread from the inside out, with the thought that all of your meridians, chakras and auric fields are being cleansed and protected. Imagine this field of golden light forming a strong protective zone around you which cannot be penetrated.  Add any other colour you may feel guided to also add to your protective “bubble”.

3) Imagine next a beautiful clear shield all around you going straight up to the heavens. I imagine this like a clear test tube that surrounds me and goes straight up to the God Energy, connecting me only with my positive guidance (Angels, Guides and Higher Self). This is another form of protection, particularly from other people’s thoughts.

4) I also give the intent every morning, that whoever I connect with, or whom ever connects with me either in reality or simply in thought – that after this connection – ‘all negative energy be instantly severed and removed’ If you need to, after you meet with someone or talk with someone, imagine cutting any etheric cords that connect you through the use of your imagination or visualisation.

5) Every morning and night and every other opportunity you get, imagine covering everyone you know or will see that day with lots and lots of pink light. Imagine this pink light spreading right though from their aura into their deepest being, and if you have time also seal them with golden light.

6) Use the sign of THE CHRISTOS to invoke protection whenever you feel the need. You can use this symbol in an instant to protect yourself, family members, even your car and house.  The sign of The Christos is a cross with a circle around it. Use your finger and trace it in mid air with the intent being ‘to protect’.

7) Cleanse yourself of the lower energies by imagining yourself going into the earth and ask Mother Earth to take all the negativity away from you. Cleanse yourself by then going “up” into the Angelos Energy, asking this energy to take all that is not of the light, away. Ask for protection from Mother Earth and the God Energy.

Remember always to GROUND yourself by imagining a round spinning disk about a foot under your feet or imagine brown roots growing from under your feet into the centre of the earth and connecting with the light that there lies.
